Nick Tann - Is This Thing On?

Not sure how I finished it in time but I did, just! This week I bought you (in no particular order) Menn Arsens, Amaya Huntley, Kidd Russell, Tom Bishel, Jouis and ME! A very funny new song review feature with Swineshead and Napoleon from Watch With Mothers (click their button on the right) a hastily edited chat with Matt Stevens about the delights of Soundcloud and Dropbox and an invitation for you to come up with a decent First Fifteen jungle the winner this week (or is it last week?) being the great Matt Taylor whose track “Fat Tuesdays Blue” I played in full at the end of the cast.

This podcast is an edited version of the live session I did for South:Live BBC radio on Sunday the 22nd November. I was invited along to the BBC Radio Sussex studio in Brighton and recorded 4 songs and a short interview. I had a great time and was fortunate to meet some great people. About bloody time eh? Well this one has been a fucking epic. I’ve downloaded videos from Youtube and stripped the music off it so I could play a great track from Matt Stevens, jumped through hoops to grab a brilliant track from the great Steve Moyes, had a game of email ping-pong with Joe Potter from the exquisite Jouis extracted a funny line from James Le Blond the Rambling Canadian, grabbed a familiar jingle from Watch With Mothers and I even wrote and performed a sketch. What more do you want? AND included a new song of mine, Love Lies.

Well that’s your lot for another month. I’m knackered…..

Finally got round to recording pod-cast number 11. It’s been far too long but there you are. Possibly the quickest and easiest I’ve done yet.
